3D capture studio in Sibiu, Romania
Real places, capturedas usable data
We scan buildings, monuments and estates with LiDAR and 3D Gaussian Splatting, then deliver point clouds, photoreal 3D scenes that open in a browser, and video from the same visit.
One visit, four ways to use it
We walk the site once with a mobile LiDAR scanner and a camera. What you take away depends on who will use it.
A record your technical team can use
A colorized point cloud that opens in the CAD, BIM and GIS tools you already work with.

Places change, wear and sometimes disappear. A capture keeps each one as people remember it.

Questions
Anything else, write it in your request and we answer it in the proposal.
Where do you work?
We are based in Sibiu, Romania, and scan on site in and around Sibiu. For paid pilot projects we travel worldwide, especially for cultural and private heritage.
What do I receive?
What your project needs: a point cloud (E57, LAS/LAZ, PLY), a photoreal 3D scene (PLY, SOG, SPZ) with a hosted viewer and embed code, an interactive Ride, or edited video. The proposal lists every file before we start.
How accurate is the scan?
It depends on the site. We state the expected accuracy for your site in the proposal, before any work is booked.
What does a capture cost?
The price depends on the size of the site, access and what you want delivered. You get a written proposal with method, deliverables, timeline and price, then decide.
Will scanning disturb visitors or staff?
We walk the site with a mobile LiDAR scanner instead of setting up fixed stations, and we schedule the visit around your opening hours.
Can the 3D scene go on our own website?
Yes. We host the scene and give you embed code, or we hand over the files for your own platform.
Do you fly a drone on site?
The drone shots are rendered from the 3D capture with a virtual camera, so no drone flies and no flight permit is needed for them.
Can I license a scan you already made?
Yes. Each listing in the marketplace can be explored in your browser first and licensed under a Standard or Extended license. Browse the marketplace
